HubSpot, a leader in marketing software, made a significant announcement at its annual Inbound marketing conference this week. The company unveiled “Breeze,” an AI-powered marketing tool designed to revolutionize the way marketers operate in today’s fast-paced digital landscape.

The Breeze AI layer is seamlessly integrated across HubSpot’s marketing, sales, and customer service software, providing marketers with easier, faster, and more unified solutions. As digital channels become increasingly oversaturated, the need for innovative tools like Breeze is more critical than ever.

Karen Ng, VP of Product at HubSpot, emphasized the importance of empowering marketers to cut through the noise generated by AI-driven content. In an interview with Search Engine Journal, Ng explained, “We’re trying to create really powerful tools for marketers to rise above the noise that’s happening now with a lot of this AI-generated content.”

Breeze comprises three main components that aim to enhance marketing efficiency and productivity:

Breeze Copilot: This AI assistant offers personalized recommendations and suggestions based on data stored in HubSpot’s CRM. Ng described Copilot as a chat-based companion that assists with tasks across various platforms, including HubSpot, browsers, and mobile devices.

Breeze Agents: A set of four agents that automate entire workflows such as content generation, social media campaigns, prospecting, and customer support without requiring human intervention. Ng stressed the importance of human oversight in reviewing automated workflows to ensure content quality and relevance.

Breeze Intelligence: This component merges HubSpot customer data with third-party sources to create comprehensive customer profiles. Ng highlighted the significance of leveraging trustworthy data to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-driven marketing strategies.

While embracing AI-driven solutions, HubSpot remains committed to maintaining human involvement in content creation and oversight. Ng emphasized the need for human intervention in ensuring the quality and relevance of AI-generated content, stating, “We really do need eyes on it still…We think of that content generation as still human-assisted.”

In addition to the Breeze AI layer, HubSpot announced updates to its Marketing Hub aimed at streamlining marketing processes and enhancing customer engagement:

Content Remix: A tool that enables marketers to repurpose videos into clips, audio snippets, blogs, and other formats to maximize content reach and engagement.

AI Video Creation: Integration with HeyGen for creating engaging videos using AI technology.

YouTube and Instagram Reels Publishing: Simplified publishing capabilities for reaching audiences on popular social media platforms.

Improved Marketing Analytics: Enhanced tools for tracking and analyzing marketing performance, including improved attribution modeling.

These updates underscore HubSpot’s commitment to leveraging AI technology to unify customer data and drive marketing success. Ng emphasized the importance of considering data sources and understanding each business’s unique needs and objectives.

HubSpot’s latest updates are currently being rolled out, with some features available in public beta. The company’s AI-driven vision for marketing excellence signals a new era of innovation and efficiency in the marketing industry.
